I got there first thing Tuesday 12/21 morning for a test. Was supposed to be emailed a rapid result within an hour, PCR result in 48 hours. (Edited 12/23) 48 hours and still waiting for the ANY result. (Edited 12/24) over 3 days later, still no results. Merry Xmas. Tried calling every day, each time the hold was longer and longer, 1-2 hrs. Got tested on 12/20 and never got results (it’s 1/5 as of this writing). The kid at the counter looked like he could’ve been 16 years old. I would strongly urge to seek another location.

I went to “FREE Rapid & PCR Testing Des Plaines” located at 1651 E Oakton Street, Des Plaines, IL, 60018” on Jan 4 at 4:40pm. There were 11 people in the 5’ by 10’ waiting area, some with cloth masks, some with masks lowered below nose, standing close together and being tested IN THE waiting area (so removing masks completely).
