The experience was quick and the staff was friendly. But they told me 4-7 hours for the rapid test and…. I took the test around 10am this morning. It’s currently 7:15 and they are closed and I have no results. I’ve been on edge all day. It’s not a fun waiting game. Wish they’d do something about that. Update: the results finally came in at 9:45 pm. Please adjust your expectations or find a more efficient solution. More than four days after being tested, and still no results for the rapid test or PCR test. I called and finally got a hold of a real person who told me that both my PCR and rapid tests are pending and will take a few more days. If I ever do get the results the information will be so late to be worthless. I will never visit this site again and cannot recommend it. Look elsewhere. UPDATE: Now 2 weeks later, never received my results, rapid or PCR. This lab is a scam.

Really great experience today: I showed up mid-morning, filled out some paperwork, got the test, an just received the results via text message. The technician was courteous and very efficient. Thanks! Second test: Dec 26. Still have not received the PCR results... almost two weeks.

They used to be good, but I don’t know what happened. I went on 12/28/21 and I got my rapid within 5hrs. They told me my pcr will be ready in 3 days. I called on 1/02/22 and the voicemail is full. I won’t go back there.
