Fast and easy
Took my son to get tested at 3:20PM yesterday and had both the rapid and PCR test done. After 17 hours I called the customer service line. They said the results come from a different address than the appointment emails and to check my Junk folder. Sure enough, it was there. The scheduling website said we would receive a text.
