They don't answer phones. No staff was around when I showed up just a dark office building with the door unlocked.

Don’t bother testing here, I tested nearly a week ago and still don’t have my results. I scheduled an appointment through Mayo, took a test this morning, and got my results back before I heard anything from them, even so much as a response to questions on timing/answering calls. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Me and my three teens went 1.5 weeks ago and still have yet to get out results.
