No help at all. Person that answered the phone apparently didn't know what they were talking about. Kept giving different answers and changing what was said for the question that was asked to them.
They really care about people I called them when I was so very sick and they went out of there way to get me in .if they was not on top of it I would have been in hospital.i won't to thank them so much for helping me.i wish they was a way they could stay open 5 days a week.life saving people God bless all of them.
I have been finally able to see the dentist that came in over there that accepts Medicaid and I will proudly and lovely say I am very pleased and satisfied and comfortable with him. He is such a very caring, gentle, helpful and awesome dentist and he does a really good job and makes going to him very comfortable and stress or nervous free! Went today for an allergic reaction and the staff was very helpful and the Dr listened to me and was very kind and understanding
I have been going here for 2 months now. I have been treated so well. LPN Bonnie has been amazing and listens to everything you say. She has helped me get on the right path to recovery. Side note Twin Counties Hospital has updated a lot their system information is what I was told at the front desk. I would make sure all of your payment, income verification and contact information is up to date.
