I went to Free Air for a complete HVAC installation in my new home. They are the best in the business. Petko/Gencho take the time to explain every step, offer competitive pricing, and are always responsive/punctual.
I had a problem with my upstairs ac unit from the very beginning when it was installed by a contractor from the home warranty company. The fix I wanted was simple. Recover the refrigerant change the filter dryer and replace the refrigerant and make sure the pressures were good. Everyone I called, the big guys and others, always said “well we can only send out a tech and then they’ll have to put everything together and then give you estimate and it’s $xxxx number of dollars just for the tech to come out. We just got our central AC replaced by Free Air Mechanical and they were great! Very reasonable cost and were able to get us in quickly. They arrived for the job on time and had everything done and cleaned up within 4 hours. Highly recommend!
This company serviced my mini split system less than a year ago (at an extravagant cost) and now it is no longer blowing cold air. You would think their service would last at least one year, I guess not. I do not recommend this company. What I have described is all true and the experience I had with you. Just because the system worked the moment you left does not indicate it was a quality repair. I would have hoped your workmanship would have lasted at least one year.
