Aloha from beautiful Hawaii. I want to recommend this business if you want excellent and caring customer service and quality products. Co-owner Sarah Pohl cares about her customers and was very responsive to my needs as a customer. Again, beautiful and unique products and a wonderful customer service experience. What more could you ask for from a business?
They don't allow returns. I purchased a pair of jeans and took the tags off when I got home. I asked if I could return them even though they weren't worn and they said no. Wish I had known that when I bought them. I won't be buying anything here again.The policy is on the receipt but you don't see that until AFTER you purchase something...
What an amazing experience I had at their web store! I searched far and wide to find a certain shirt in my size but it was sold out. Now only did Free Life Co have it in stock in my size, but it was the best price. Right after I placed my order I asked about rushed shipping as I wanted to get the shirt in time for my trip. I got a response that day (a Sunday no less) and my order was rushed and arrived today! THe person I spoke with was awesome - friendly and super helpful.
