They don't allow returns. I purchased a pair of jeans and took the tags off when I got home. I asked if I could return them even though they weren't worn and they said no. What an amazing experience I had at their web store! I searched far and wide to find a certain shirt in my size but it was sold out. Now only did Free Life Co have it in stock in my size, but it was the best price. Right after I placed my order I asked about rushed shipping as I wanted to get the shirt in time for my trip. I got a response that day (a Sunday no less) and my order was rushed and arrived today! THe person I spoke with was awesome - friendly and super helpful.
