Someone from this shop/company, purchased a power supply module from us and after a month or so, claimed it was defective, so we accepted their return, but, on purpose, they returned the wrong item and defective,different part # with filters popped out and kept on claiming,falsely . They received a refund but never returned the item that was sold to them; we really doubt they're giving a honest service locally.

Every time I've been in here they treat me like I'm part of the family. It's been great doing business with Chuck! I'm actually glad to know we still have an electronics shop in town, everything is going to electronics today.

I have never seen anyone handle business as these people do..They have some young chick that so disrespectful...They tried to get slick and charge me $400 to fix an HDMI PORT.. Come on ,,,,and then would not tell me the price of parts who does this right...So I went and got my money and my TV back...So for future reference people please don't do business with these people they will over charge you and waste alot of your time....
Abby I am so proud of the customer service skills. Chuck has always repaired our TV's reasonably and the yard always looks so good. Great job y'all.
Warning!!! Terrible, had our TV for 2.5 months and didn't repair it , nor did we receive any calls on the status. After calling them several times and now claiming that they can't find the part, yet previously stated they had it. Had to pick it up and they kept our down payment.
