I gave Fred $25,000 deposit and I have say nothing nine weeks later. Surry County sheriffs office has over 100 complaints in the last three weeks . Biggest scam artist I have ever seen
*BEWARE* - You do not want Fred Senter constructing your building! The one he did for me has numerous mistakes and ongoing problems. Water leaks under the back because he did not extend the metal beyond the sides of the concrete pad. Never installed support beams for garage door installation. Left 6"+ open gap at top of building so birds and other wildlife can enter and nest. Fred *did* come back and add additional metal at the top, but LEFT a 3" gap after the "fix".
