Fred came put to my house and fixed the problem we were having at the time and a couple other problems with toilet in my basement. Fixed it perfectly and in a timely matter. He truly cared about how much the job was costing. 2 days later I had another problem with a basement toilet but he had family issues to take care of so I tried and fixed it myself.
