We had Mitchell out to do our 3 year septic pumping. We are new to the property, so had a few questions. Mitchell took great care to answer all our specific questions and also offered expert suggestions to maintain our system. We are very happy with Fred's, thank you for your help!!

Have always had great service from Fred's. We need a quick turnaround time on pumping service - Fred's was able to come out & pump within 1-2 days of the call. We had a slight glitch with the driver accepting payment. Christine in the office was able to correct the issue very quickly & provided amazing customer service to maintain the relationship.
