Honest. Dependable and excellent customer service and pricing. These guys do way more than pump tanks. They are full-service plumbers who get it done and charge fairly. Given all the scam companies out there its great to see a solid one like Freds. Highly recommend. I have used them for several things since moving to lake country from upgrading faucets and toilets to replacing a failed water heater.
Don’t care about their customers and over charge for simple repairs, I do not recommend For additional context I was a customer of Fred’s for five years and paid my bills on time.
We had Mitchell out to do our 3 year septic pumping. We are new to the property, so had a few questions. Mitchell took great care to answer all our specific questions and also offered expert suggestions to maintain our system. We are very happy with Fred's, thank you for your help!!
