I had a water test and then chlorination to fix an issue with our well. Lisa and Steve were exceptional to work with. Very prompt, informative, and helpful. The lady who answers the phones(mukwonago number) is not pleasant to talk with. She never introduced herself the several times I have spoke with her so I can’t name her. She was unhelpful, short with answering questions, and made me feeling like I was a bother. She is a poor representation of the company as everyone else was great.
If you need your septic pumped out, they're the people for it. However, they are not very helpful in referring you to people who can actually replace a septic field when it goes bad, All the people they recommended were either out of the service or never returned multiple phone calls. They do pump out things quickly and efficiently, but the customer service area responding to phone calls is exceptionally poor. Honest. Dependable and excellent customer service and pricing. These guys do way more than pump tanks. They are full-service plumbers who get it done and charge fairly. Given all the scam companies out there its great to see a solid one like Freds. Highly recommend. I have used them for several things since moving to lake country from upgrading faucets and toilets to replacing a failed water heater.
Don’t care about their customers and over charge for simple repairs, I do not recommend For additional context I was a customer of Fred’s for five years and paid my bills on time.
