Great service on a Sunday. Tech came out in an hour to help clean out our tank. Sure friendly and thought! Highly recommend!!
I had a septic backup over the weekend (Sunday of course). We called Fred's and they sent out Dave within an hour. He assessed the situation in minutes and pumped the tank. Thought we were in the clear but the backup caused the lateral to get blocked. Dave explained that he needed to take the pumper back and get his service truck. He returned in minutes and snaked out the lateral. The system was back in action ! You won't find this kind of great caring honest service anywhere nowadays! Old review: I thought I had a septic backup issue and called Fred Sanitary Service. They sent out a technician named Mac, and he was at my house within an hour. Turns out I wasn’t actually backed up, but Mac took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. He pointed out scaling and other potential concerns in the drainage box and explained things clearly.
