Clean and roomy facility. Everything is kept neat and tidy. They have a nice soft drink selection. The pharmacy has been good the few times I have been there. They can be a little pricey on some items.

Fred's pharmacy is a joke.there very rude.I don't recall the girls name she's blonde and has a high pitch voice she very rude. I called to check to see if one of my meds was ready to be filled she put me on hold for 19 mins only to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up I said to her that its very rude to hang up on a customer she got an attitude with me and said well we have other customer I said I'm a customer and you hanging up on me is bad customer servicer.don't go to this Fred's in leaksville.I intend to report... read more

They carry some clothes, food , hardware, shoes,. Kitchen items, outdoor items, home decor, bedding & more. They also have a pharmacy that can be accessed through the store or the drive thru.
