Fred was the kindest and most professional person to work with! He did a great job keeping me updated if there were any delays with parts coming in and made sure my car was clean after they finished their work.
Bad
I brought my car in for what should’ve been a simple oil change and brake inspection, but it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they keep my car for three days without calling to update me, but when I finally got it back, the brakes were worse than before. When I asked about the delay, the guy at the front desk just shrugged and said they were “busy.” No apology, no explanation. I felt confident in the service received, Fred found problem and repaired for a reasonable price. Trustworthy!
First off, when I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the interior was left in a mess greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and console, dirt on the floor mats, and or debris clearly not cleaned up. It was far from what I would expect from any professional shop. What made things worse was discovering that cash had been taken from my cup holder.
