Fred's is a very unreliable place anymore! Filled a partial script for my mother on the 19th of July,(paid full price for full script)due to back order!They tell her on the 22nd they would be ready for pick up on the 23rd. Go to pick up and they inform us that she has to call Dr for entire new script. My mother is 76 years old and she cannot go without her meds! Very poor service from Fred's pharmacy in New Castle Indiana.... Sincerely fuming daughter!!
If you are on certain kinds of medication and your regular pharmacy doesn’t have it in stock, don’t bother having you Dr. send it here. They will have it in stock and refuse to fill it anyway. This place is completely ridiculous. They are not my physician, it is not their place to decide what meds you can get or not, it their job to fill scripts, that’s it. Judgemental bunch of jerks. I would fill my dogs meds here.
