TLDR: They never seem to follow through on quoting work. The one job they did seemed fine I guess... We had the carbon monoxide alarm going off over the winter and they were great about checking out and replacing our old furnace. It seems good, it heats the house, surprisingly louder than our old furnace but whatever, maybe that's normal. Next day service to look at A/C unit. Checked out, troubleshot the issue with friendly ,efficient repair duo. Very happy with response time and service.
Installed our high efficiency furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner in two days. Did an excellent job, thanks Randy and crew!
Wow, just called here and asked if I could get help cause my pipings may have to be replaced , the lady that answered the phone told me they can't help me with that cause they're book months in advanced. Huh ! So sad .
I have phoned them Fred Healy every month since May and we’re in September now and they still don’t know anything about it. Obviously they didn’t care nothing about it. They lost out on the furnace. Somebody else that needed the money more than they did
