They are HORRIBLE AND LIARS. Last Tuesday we called and made an appointment for Friday (their choice). We dropped our vehicle at 9 am as we were told. By 2 pm when we had not heard anything, I called for a status and no one answered. I called again at 3 and left a voice mail. At 4 after no one returned my call, I called again only to be told that they hadn't looked at it because they had a "problem child".
