7:00 reservation and it's 8:35 and we don't have our food! Music is to loud.

Manager was extremely rude. Little did she know I was on my last trip before deployment. Will not be attending this place anymore. Reserve a table that was given to someone else .. oh BTW it was a birthday event as well.. and I didn't mention that I flew to Naples for this particular event. I was willing to let everything go however the female manager came up after screwing everything up .. with a cover charge of 8 dollars per person and a minimum of two drinks .. we stayed up till that piont...
