extremely poor customer service perhaps is knowledgeable in his finite realm or niche but the guy didn't even know what rock-sett or its properties a complete FUDD, extremely assumptive edit. he called me on his personal number after i blocked his business number. trying to get me to change it, intimidating me and making me feel concerned. very unprofessional and a bully. also for clarity rocksett is highly resistant to heat BUT disolves in water. it is not a end all be all solution. what he is saying that it wouldnt come of... read more
