Fred's Chimney Magic refused to honor the "Groupon" promotion they advertised for a fireplace cleaning and inspection, claiming I had a "nest" in my flue. This "nest", as it turned out, consisted of a small shopping bag full of leaves and small branches. Removing such small amounts of debris is part of any standard seasonal chimney cleaning.
