Very friendly people to deal with on your carpet needs.
I have been trying to get this company out to my house to get a price quote. I have money in hand ready to do business (love hiring family owned companies) and they have now cancelled on us theee times. This time was the last straw. It’s an hour from the scheduled appointment time and they just call to say they have to reschedule AGAIN. Then when my fiancée voices her issues about it the woman she spoke with was not apologetic nor gave any remorse towards the issue at hand.
