Told me my car was ready from a detail ten mins after dropping it off, said it was miscommunication and my car was actually being cleaned but when I picked it up and two hours later this is the after of the “Ultimate Interior Super Clean” save your money and go elsewhere, seems they rushed and don’t care to be thorough, sand and dirt still in the seats and trunk, car wasn’t even very dirty to begin with so extremely disappointing
They did a good job cleaning my car. I will be coming back every time I need my car washed. You don’t have to pay when using their vacuums at this car wash. The employees do a good job wiping your car down with a rag after your car has been completely washed.
Aside from car never really getting clean I have a monthly unlimited membership. Tried cancelling by contacting w info given, response online was “someone will get back to me”. Should be able to simply cancel AND no one ever replied a full week later! Contacting BBB, unacceptable business practice.
