I contacted Fred's Burner Service regarding an issue with my furnace. The technician was courteous and identified the problem as a simple motor replacement. He assured me he would order the part and call me to schedule a follow-up appointment. However, after a week, I had not received any communication. I attempted to reach the technician multiple times by phone and left several messages, but I did not receive any response. I am disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

Referred by a friend so I didn’t check reviews, my bad . Waited 4 days before tech could show up - decided to replace the A/C unit and was told a quote would be sent - crickets - for 10 days ! no reply to messages either. Went with another company that attended same day I called and installed a new unit within 2 days!

James installed a new propane furnace and removed my oil furnace and tank. The price was great, and the basement was clean when he was finished. He answered any questions I had. I’m glad I went with Fred’s for my furnace installation.

Seemed super nice when I had called originally. We had an appointment booked, I took the morning off of work to be there. And they never showed up. I called several times and left a couple of messages but a few weeks later and still nothing. If you need to cancel an appointment, I get it, things happen, but to completely ghost someone and not even return there call is just terrible business. Definitely call someone else if you want the work to get done. The TSSA should really consider who they have as recommended installers.
