Fred and his team have taken great care of my car since I started going here for service the last few years. He recently completed some larger repairs for me as my car ages and was done within a day, a day earlier than expected! He spent time explaining what my car needed in detail and triaging what we should tackle first. I trust him and his team when I bring my vehicle here.
We brought our work vehicle here because it was having some issues our regular mechanic could not fix. Fred and his staff are amazing and knowledgeable! They don’t overcharge, they are 100% by the book meaning no short cuts, and do 100% quality work. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic, we are grateful to have found one. Also when we pick up our vehicle Fred the owner is out there working just as hard as the other mechanics. Oh and LOVE the full service gas station! So glad he keeps that going. Fred’s Big Chief is the only full service gas station I am aware of in Windsor Essex area.I always bring my vehicle here for service.Highly recommend.
