Used to be a great company before Fred sold all of his stores to private owners. Fred should definitely remove his name if he is still alive. Terrible customer service. Overpriced. Took over a year to get parts to my set that was delivered damaged. Had to plead with the manufacturer for parts because Fred's Beds refused to contact them. Wood was chipped and cracked upon delivery, and nothing was ever done about it. This place is a total scam, and I will be reporting to the BBB. Great! I searched the entirety of Raleigh for a futon because I was determined to find a quality wooden one and a "Natural" Rubber Mattress. Fred's Beds was my best option for Quality, and the service was plenty terrific. They run a tight ship, so you wont be bombarded with salesmen when you enter, and the selection was terrific, to a point where you almost had to wade through their inventory.
