*update They are good at supplying parts and good to deal with, however months later multiple items have had ongoing issues and upon inspection by another BMW specialist found they were not done correctly and needed to be replaced. This is after sending it back to Fred's multiple times and not having the issues resolved. Would recommend for sourcing parts but not working on my car.
Went to Fred's for a gearbox replacement and was very happy with every part of the experience. Sam was very helpful over the phone, even before I had decided to bring the car in for work at his shop. They honoured a warranty immediately and without fuss after the part failed and were quick to replace it again. Will be very happy to take my Mini there anytime.
