When I walked in to Fred's Auto Repair, I was immediately impressed with the courtesy, friendliness, and concern for my auto problem. Soon after that greeting, I was doubly impressed with the diagnostic expertise and technical skill. I brought my car into Fred's because of the sudden appearance of a intermittent bizarre noise in the front end while I was driving nearby.
