We had a bad experienced here. Until now, our car is not fix! Lame excuses. We always call them same excuses. Our Car is with them since 1st week of June, they said, they will repair it in 3 days but until now, no assurance when we will get our car. If you're planning to go here, please don't do it! It's stressful dealing with them!
Good day ive been trying to reach the boss of this company for weeks now as my car is still with you 2 weeks from the deadline your worker gave me , just wondering if you gonna compensate any cost from my rental car? Up until now i still keep on asking on any update on my car but keep on getting same excuse ... hope we can address this issue and since you dont have any email or any way to contact you i rely on this thank you
Avoid this workshop if you value your car. I had my shock absorbers replaced here, and ever since, my car has never been the same. It has developed ongoing issues that it never had before. When I returned to explain the problems and seek assistance, instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, they wanted to charge me even more money. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret trusting them with my vehicle.
Absolutely terrible experience with this workshop. On 27/04/2026, I changed 2 tyres and did a regular service here. I was charged over $115 for each Austone 215/60 R16 Athena SP-6 tyre. When I asked about the price, Fred told me he bought them for $125 each but gave me a $20 discount. Later, I checked online and found the same tyres selling for around $80 each.
