As a home inspector I was able to do a pre-drywall inspection on a home a few months ago, this house was well constructed, very few items at that point of the build. When I discussed the items with the builders, they were receptive and willing to make any repairs/adjustments before continuing. Dan O’Connor, whom I worked with, was great. I recommend this builder for quality for sure!
I cannot say enough great things about the Fredrickson Properties team and Mic Perry as their general contractor. Anne, Kevin, and Dan possess excellent communication skills and their customer service skills are top notch. From start to finish, the team prioritizes the client first and have proven their design and quality construction skills with numerous beautiful homes in the area. Highly recommend!
