1 HOUR WAIT FOR LAB WORK. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHY IS IT LIKE THIS?
Who designed the parking lot? The steps are unusually high. I use a cane. It's extremely difficult for me to get to the entrance. I typically walk on the road vs. trying to navigate the steps.
How can UPMC justify a 3 hour wait just to have blood drawn ? Staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional when asking questions about wait time. I was told to either wait the time or go somewhere else. What has happened to the good service you previously provided?
Huge lack of visitor parking. Very busy place due to all the outpatient appointments.
My wife had to get surgery, it was successful.
