I spoke with Charles "Chuck" two times and he lead me to believe that he was going to help me file taxes on behalf of my little girl's father that passed away. He never followed up and actually sent me a contract. I called the company again and requested anyone else that might be able to help me, that referred me to John somebody, who also never followed up with me.
