Unresponsive and unreliable! I've had so many bad experiences with these CPA's I don't even know where to start. Tax returns that take months longer than they should. Unresponsive communication, where they didn't respond for weeks-months. Once I got quoted $300 for bookkeeping that so-said HAD to be done but charged me $1200. The worst thing is that I don't even think that work needed to get done. I spoke with Charles "Chuck" two times and he lead me to believe that he was going to help me file taxes on behalf of my little girl's father that passed away. He never followed up and actually sent me a contract. I called the company again and requested anyone else that might be able to help me, that referred me to John somebody, who also never followed up with me.
