I just called this morning to see if they had a referral for our son. Elaine was very rude to me when she was told that my son is over 18. No one should make any judgment like that -- they don't know what our family has been through. I am seeing if my dentist will make a referral to another oral surgeon. If the office staff is like this, what is the doctor like?

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I had an infection and staff did not provide me with help or offer the oral sugeon for the problem, they need Nurses trained, not just MD -trained surgical techs, they did not offer me an emergency appointment and I had an abcess after wisdom tooth extraction.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes

Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider answer all of your questions?
