Fredrick gave wonderful service. first answered emails very promptly - on a Sunday! Then when I brought my lamp in, he laid out all my options very clearly and didn’t try to oversell something I didn’t need. He did a quick repair and gave me good advice for next steps. I 100% will recommend him for all future stain glass projects
Fred not only knows what he’s doing, but his store is beyond inviting and learning based. It is welcome from no knowledge of the hobby to all. I was beyond blessed to run into Fred, as he just happened to also be my great grandfather and aunts teacher in the hobby. He gave me a run down on everything I needed to know and more, it was the highlight of my year meeting Fred. His store is definitely worth the stop.
Wonderful experience first meeting with Fredrick. He took time to demonstrate the basics steps of stained glass . Learned some new helpful tips. Went home with some beautiful glass for my projects. Also bought a beautiful finished work from him. Going back for my tools to start soon.
Holy crap. I couldn't agree more with Brad Steiner's review. We were just looking for a place buy glass locally as we dip our toes into a new hobby... We ended up on a damn adventure - spent a couple hours listening to jazz, shooting the shit, and getting a full run through the tools and processes. Do yourself a favor and go see Fred before you buy anything - he's got a really well curated selection of quality tools, he's a glass wizard, and a few minutes with him will save you hours down the line.
Fred taught my partner and I the basics of stained glass and gave us a wonderful hands-on demo. We purchased all our beginners tools and supplies from him and are so excited to get started. Fred spend so much time explaining everything to us and answering all our questions and was no bs. We really enjoyed going to his shop today and hopefully starting a new hobby!
