I've sent word down my channels to cut all ties to Bob. It's really disappointing. I'm closing on my new home in a week. The realtor, myself, and seller attorneys were unable to reach him to set a time for all of us to meet for the signing. Being out of state, I sent a family member to the office in attempts to touch base. This resulted in finally being called back by Bob and being yelled at and berated for a solid 7 minutes. Dud a great job with my house closing
Bob and Theresa were extremely helpful when I used them to buy my first house and when I used them to refinance the house recently. They are kind and caring about the needs and wants that you have. Everything was extremely simple on my end because they took care of everything. The issues that arose I knew about but they took care of easily and in a timely manner. Every time table they gave me about things was correct and accurate, I never had to wait on things. I would recommend them to anyone!
I moved from out of state and bought my home in Rochester. I was unfamiliar with the home buying process in NY, and Bob and Theresa were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable with the process and trusted that I was in good hands. Everything was completed with ease and on time.
