Who ever is in charge of transferring medical records, emergency contact info and medication list when they transfer a critical patient to a more equipped hospital should be fired. Wesley hospital had no medication or medical history hours after my dad was transfered there in critical condition. If I could give 0 stars....I would.

It’s absurd that when someone is admitted to the hospital because they’re vomiting everything up or having severe diarrhea, the solution is often oral medication. Then staff act surprised when the patient isn’t improving—because the meds either come right back up or go straight through without ever being absorbed. This isn’t complicated medicine; the route of administration matters. You’d think a hospital would know that.
