Good food even while being understaffed
Despite recent reviews we decided to try Fredo's for ourselves. Our visit was very pleasant. We were seated immediately & served bread with dipping oil w/ herbs almost before we were settled in our chairs. Our drinks were ordered and delivered quickly as well. There were 5 of us and we each ordered a different item & everything was delicious. The kids speghetti is enoigh to feed our 2yo 3 times. We were seated immediately for a late lunch. The young waiter was cordial enough, but had only been serving there for a week and had trouble answering the most basic questions about the food, ingredients and preparation.. In addition, we had to constantly ask for items. We had to ask about our tardy salads and were then served with the indication that our meals were also ready.
