For the past 13 years, Dr. Francis has been my only PCP. I have referred others to her because of her excellent bedside manner. I had a scheduled appointment today, however, when I got there, I was informed that she was not there and they called me a couple weeks ago and left a message. I called the office yesterday to confirm my appointment and I was informed that it was today at 3pm. I have been going to Dr. Frances for 6 months and I was trying to give benefits of doubt.. I been given referrals by her and when went back for my office visit she never check with me for results… Now I have caught Covid and I tested positive and I have COPD and i have Diabetes along with congestion heart disease and called the office at 8:00 am to get the prescription of Paxlovid because am struggling and never received a call back or the prescription was never call in to my pharmacy… I don’t what’s going on with the primar... read more
Dr. Francis is me and my husband’s doctor. She is incredibly kind, patient, and very funny and charming. Dr. Francis is the best doctor I have had- she is very thorough, thoughtful and takes the time and intentionality to listen and understand. We both love going to Dr. Francis and so appreciate her.
Dr F. Francis is one of the BEST doctors I've had in my life. I'm 65 years old. She doesn't rush me when I'm telling her about my problems. And years later she remembers things that would surprise you. I LOVE having her as my doctor. I have turned on 5 other people who now loves her PROFESSIONALISM as much as I do. I'm not changing doctors at all. When Dr. Francis retires. I'm going to to home for my appointments. Thank you Doctor for being the BEST.
Doing testing and she can't go over the results for another 2 months and won't refer me for MRIs purposely...
