Bought a 2016 Tiguan a couple years ago from here. The staff were nice, but the car was/is an absolute lemon. One thing after another with it, and I drive it quite sparingly. Could just be bad luck tho.
I recently purchased a preowned vehicle, where I am sure the dealer makes a healthy profit on. But they don’t do what they advertised. - Did not provide a clean Carfax report. The one provided shown only first half of the mileage of the car. - Did not service the car as what they say they had done. - They passed the MVI, where it barely passes. Tires, faulted wiper, rock ships on the windshield and hood (hidden with touch of paint) ... and what else is to be seen. Expensive repair insurances, as being convinced by the dealer... read more
The service was great, professional and friendly. My only issue was the level of knowledge from the people I've dealt with during the purchase of my Taos. I was unable to get the loyalty bonus, even though I purchased a New Jetta in 2015 and upgraded; they even seen the Jetta and offered for a trade in (I declined); also I paid thousands for the prepaid maintenance and found out from both the radio and my previous dealership that it should of been complimentary.
