I recently purchased a preowned vehicle, where I am sure the dealer makes a healthy profit on. But they don’t do what they advertised. - Did not provide a clean Carfax report. The one provided shown only first half of the mileage of the car. - Did not service the car as what they say they had done. - They passed the MVI, where it barely passes. The service was great, professional and friendly. My only issue was the level of knowledge from the people I've dealt with during the purchase of my Taos. I was unable to get the loyalty bonus, even though I purchased a New Jetta in 2015 and upgraded; they even seen the Jetta and offered for a trade in (I declined); also I paid thousands for the prepaid maintenance and found out from both the radio and my previous dealership that it should of been complimentary.
