You guys really need to provide information on vehicles. Your website does not reflect your inventory. I’m interested (or was) in a new tundra that is on your lot. No information online and no window sticker. When I briefly talked to a sales person outside they were busy and told me they can email me the details later. As of writing - Fredericton Subaru rated 4.4 on Google, Fredericton Honda rated 4.5 - but Fredericton Toyota lags far behind at 3.8. I do not like this Toyota dealership at all and city of Fredericton seems to agree. I often leave feel taken advantage of and ripped off.
The service is outstanding, Tracy and Mark are amazing human beings, thank you so much for the amazing experience with you, it made it so easy to buy a new vehicle.
Very professional team working there, I appreciated the service from sales and finance management. So far very responsive and caring. Mila was patient and very helpful all along the journey of finding the right choice for my family and I. I would recommend you working with her. Rob is accurate and helpful, although with finance it’s always a love hate conversation 😁 but we were so appreciative of his service and professionalism.
