I would love to rate their service but they don’t have ANY service at all. They can’t respect any timing they set. My daughter was here for service but they forgot her car. I had to wait over an hour regularly first basic maintenance on my 20 Tacoma. It looks like the owners don’t care about service, only about the sales and do not provide any service after sales. Great vehicles, garbage service. Too bad. I now go to Woodstock Toyota. Service is awesome and they respect their timings. Refreshing.
We had a great experience buying a vehicle from Fredericton Toyota. Buying a car the same week you’re getting married would normally be stressfully chaotic, but the sales and finance team were friendly and highly accommodating. We really appreciate Bob and Ron for their patience and willingness to meet us….well, more than halfway, honestly.
