Update: Taking a refundable deposit on a Rav4 you already had coming is not ordering "cars without the sales agreement signed by the client." Again, the primary issue is still that blatantly lying to customers and using the OEM as a scapegoat for your documentation fee is wrong. This is directly from the Toyota Canada website: "A Toyota Dealership is free to set its own selling price for Toyota products and services. Dealer may sell for less. Dealer Fees of up to $999.00."
