Booked an appointment for 2:15 never seen the doctor until 3:20 they tried to charge me over 200.00 when they said 100.00 on the phone told them only 2 teeth need to be taken out but invoice says for 4 teeth
I was referred to Dr. Belanger. On May 26 I saw him. He took xrays. Then thoroughly explained what he planned to do, and what i needed to do. The receptionist was very pleasant and was able to give me an appointment for the next day. Dr Belanger greeted me and again explained his plan. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He explained was he was doing while doing the procedure. He then told me that I could call if there was any post extractions issues. My experience with the receptionist, Kelsey, was very frustrating and disappointing. I hope Dr. Belanger reads this review. Dr. Martin Belanger is an excellent doctor. He is calm, professional, and takes the time to clearly explain procedures in a reassuring way. I was referred by my dentist and my first appointment was booked about 5 months out. I called and wrote emails to explain that I was in serious pain, but I was only told I was on a waitlist. Nothing was done to help me get seen sooner, and I had to wait the full 5 m... read more
The receptionists are the problem of this practice, no empathy and excessively long wait time for procedures even for registered patients🤔
