I took a stray cat in to have her spayed, was quoted a price that seemed fair, then they told me they needed to keep her for a couple days, and charged me way more than the agreed upon amount. I asked the lady if there was anything she could do to help reduce the bill to the amount I was quoted, because I couldn't afford the new amount, she walked away, then came back and said no. Very unprofessional
I've been going to this clinic since I moved to the area 15 years ago. They have provided excellent care for many of my animals including livestock (they make house calls for a small additional fee). They have also done a yearly event for many years now where they offer steeply discounted shots for your dog(s), I believe it is held at the Fredericktown livestock auction.
