I bought a speed queen dryer and washing machine January 2024. We'll 2 days ago my dryer stopped drying. I called and they had a technician come same day. Replaced element. We'll next day the heat stopped working again and the technician came back. Apparently my vent was clogged up. I thought I cleaned it good enough. Long story short. I drive a 2021 Mini Cooper, and the AC went out in it recently. It turned out to be the compressor, and I called every shop in our area trying to find one that 1) could work on Minis and 2) wouldn’t charge so much that I’d have to refinance the car just to pay for it. I paid $400 in March to have my oven repaired at this store. At the time, I was promised that if the issue came back, they would make it right at no extra cost. Fast forward just three months later — the exact same problem happened again. When I called them, they charged me $140 just for a diagnosis of an issue we already knew about from the previous visit.
