These are great people
Heating elements went out in our double oven at the house. We reached out to Fredrickson's to check availability. Fredrickson's advised us they were able to order the needed heating elements. The parts were shipped to the store and took less than a week to arrive. Once the parts were received the store called to notify us we could come and pick them up. Pick-up was easy and effortless. Awesome job by the appliance service department. Quick response and repair. I will definitely use them again.
Got a new washing machine there was an issue with it within 24 hrs called and frederickson came right back out with repair and when it was deemed to be a defect they had me come in pick something else and quickly got the new machine to me. I am so thankful and appreciative that I didn’t get the runaround and they fix the issue quick.
