Goodness, never have I ever experienced such flippant and rude treatment by the front desk ladies at Fredericksburg Women's Health Associates. It was a shock to be treated so poorly. I was placed on hold off and on for over 35 minutes for a simple prescription update. This happened yesterday and I guess it wasn't how long they had left me on hold as much as it was their sloppy handling throughout the call.
