Once you sign, it becomes a contract. They own you AND your wallet. If you dispute your bill and take them to court, the local judge will throw out most of your testimony unless you have an oral surgeon as your expert witness appear with you in court. I have been seeing him in the Fredericksburg office for 10 years! He and staff are the best! Go see them! I absolutely abhor dentists and anything to do with them. I LOVE Dr Stephen Brown! He has cut through all of my fears; he and his staff are amazing and I have never been treated so well. They have heightened awareness of patients who have had difficulties with other dentists and the staff associated with other dental offices. All patients and pain levels are NOT equal. HORRIBLE STAFF. I called and asked if my insurance is accepted which atna. They put it in as signa. And i made an appointment. When i arrived i gave the receptionist my "atna" card and she still didnt tell me and changed it. Until I ask her if the anesthesia was covered and she said "well your whole surgery is not covered and its going to cost $2000" i sat for 1 Hour and she still didnt tell me that my insurance is not covered even though i showed her the card. Simply awesome!!! Dr. Brown and his entire team are amazing. I had tooth pain for about a month. Called several dentist who asked no questions and just gave appointments, however once there they didn’t extract teeth so what a waste of time. Found Dr. Brown and I hit gold. He could see that I had a fear so he calmed me down immediately. He also advised everything that was happening. To be honest I don’t recall much more.
