My son (Tyjae) was seen today for his teeth cleaning which took about five minutes. I called the office and spoke with Nicole about this 5 minute service. Nicole gave me an option to have him come back into the office and have his teeth recleaned or she would not bill my insurance for today’s visit. I chose to not have the insurance billed and he will be going elsewhere. Thank you Nicole for being understanding and not billing the insurance for today’s visit.
My family and I moved to this area last year. My boys were seen here and the moment I walked in I didn’t like the experience at all. I guess I am use to more esthetically pleasing dental offices and more professional setting. They need to upgrade the offices and remodel, the whole place looks cheep and old. And the dentist which I assume is the owner, does not come across as a professional with the way he puts his legs up on the desk and a “I don’t care that much” slack attitude.
