I was a new patient today and was pleasantly surprised after reading the past reviews. The receptionist was kind, assistant was great and Dr Adam spent time with me and solved the problem I presented with. They were on time, quick and professional. I was not pressured like other dentists I’ve been to for add-ons such as fluoride, night guards and whitening products. Yes, I did see him with his feet on the desk on his laptop. Save your self the headache and time. These people do not value you as their patients or the children you bring to see them Nicole the “office manager” is the most incompetent and inconsiderate person in the building. The two hygienist have been pleasant and the one lady that calls to confirm the appointment that is not Nicole has been pleasant but both times I have dealt with Nicole. No bed side manner fixed the wrong tooth and then referred me to another practice and this is how he is when you walk in and when he finishes like patients are and Inconvenience to him now I have half of a tooth and have to find somebody to finish the job and will not be going to anybody this practice referred
The lady named Nicole who works upfront is really rude and disrespectful, she give me after 4 months appointment while I was in pain, and when I wait 4 month for my appointment they schedule me 2PM when I request for change time she rudely said if you want any change wait another month, decently they have hire someone nicer for the front desk who can deal with clients respectfully.
