I got my wisdom teeth out here, everyone was very nice and made the process very easy for me!! I am a week post-op and am feeling great!
Not surprised seeing other reviews about customer service - I called to schedule an appointment for my child, a minor. The lady asked for my child’s age and weight and made a comment amount their weight. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ll be looking elsewhere for an oral surgeon.
To those of us that have anxiety when it comes to dentistry, this is definitely the place to go. Dr Bailey and his staff was patient, understanding, gentle, and displayed the upmost professionalism with my visit to them.
I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bailey and his team. My daughter had her top wisdom taken out. She was extremely nervous and they made her so comfortable. Dr. Bailey actual called us personally himself that night to make sure she was doing okay, plus one of his assistants called a few days later to check up on her again. This man has the most wonderful bedside manner. We would recommend him to anyone needing dental work done. His team from his assistants to the office workers were wonderful.
Worst dentist office I’ve gone to. Wouldn’t do surgery after a small sip of water. Couldn’t even get someone from staff to tell me when I could reschedule and when I finally did get to talk to someone about it they wouldn’t reschedule until months from original surgery date. Staff was very rude and had a lot of attitude.
