I received exceptional service from Tony and his staff at Fredericksburg Collision Center! I needed cosmetic repair on my 2015 Kia Optima. Tony provided a very timely and affordable estimate. He was also professional and cordial!! I am very pleased with the outcome of the repair which was completed in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely use Fredericksburg Collision Center again for my auto body repair needs!!
Very pleased with the workmanship of this company. Had dent and rust issues on passenger doors and this company made it look brand new. In addition, they finished the job a day earlier than expected.
I chose this shop based on its reviews. I called before I arrived, and was taken care of before they closed for the day. Everyone there was respectful, and kind. I dealt with Tony, the general manager, and he was quick, accommodating, professional, and courteous. I got a quote within an hour, he was able to adjust it quickly when I asked for additional work to be done, then we scheduled the week for the body repair and paint to be completed. I dropped it off hassle free and they called me later in the week to let me know that the work was done a day early.
