I was kindly greeted by the people who work there. Very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest staff. They have a wide variety of jewelry. There are a lot of beautiful, unique pieces. Frederick's offers to help you design your own jewelry for a decent price. I will definitely be going back.

Hubby took his watch in to be repaired. The edge was damaged in the past. Instead of forcing it, Crystal was able to get the back off.
