Nick has a massive ego and treats his customers like they are an inconvenience. He talks down to you, ignores your questions, and acts like he’s doing you a favor by just standing there. He has zero respect for the people who keep his lights on. I've never felt so belittled in a store.
Be extremely careful! Nick is a shady and is very dishonest person. He gives you one price to buy and another to sell, and neither is fair. He treats customers like suckers rather than people. I’ll never step foot in this 'jewelry' shop again.
The shop is disgusting. The display cases are covered in fingerprints and grime, and there’s dust everywhere. Jewelry is supposed to be about precision and cleanliness, but this place looks like a junk shop. I wouldn't trust them to clean a spoon, let alone a diamond ring.
Classic bait-and-switch. Nick quoted me one price over the phone for a repair, but when I showed up to pick it up, the price had magically doubled. No explanation, just pure greed and dishonesty. Stay away if you value your hard-earned money.
It breaks my heart to see how they treat senior citizens here. I witnessed Nick fast-talking an elderly woman into selling her jewelry for pennies because she trusted him. This isn’t a business; it’s a scam operation. Keep your parents and grandparents far away from this place.
