I will be going back, Nick and Crystal were both helpful! I came in for a repair on a necklace from my grandmother and Nick was able to help explain the options and figure out a solution! The repair is amazing and my necklace looks amazing and shining!

Nick has a massive ego and treats his customers like they are an inconvenience. He talks down to you, ignores your questions, and acts like he’s doing you a favor by just standing there. He has zero respect for the people who keep his lights on. I've never felt so belittled in a store.
