Walked in to look for ideas for a new couch, met Ron, who spent time explaining the various couch manufacturing processes and their associated pros and cons. Very informative. He helped us decide this is where we want our next couch to come from. And on the way out we mentioned we were looking for a well built recliner, he showed us a chair they import from Denmark, we bought 2! No pressure sales, just an extremely knowledgeable sales person, who took our needs and home environment, and suggested a design to meet that need. ... read more
