Walked in to look for ideas for a new couch, met Ron, who spent time explaining the various couch manufacturing processes and their associated pros and cons. Very informative. He helped us decide this is where we want our next couch to come from. And on the way out we mentioned we were looking for a well built recliner, he showed us a chair they import from Denmark, we bought 2! Fredrick’s was a great experience. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and considerate. We found the perfect dresser for a good price. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes which is amazing compared to IKEA. The delivery was on schedule and again nice people. Important is it is a well made dresser and made in Canada, jobs here are important. Overall top notch.
We have bought 3 different sofa's with Ornetta at Fredericks! She is so knowledgeable and excellent customer service! We had one slight issue with the sofa from the factory which she dealt with quickly and was resolved in a day! Would highly recommend working with Ornetta! Thank you for always taking the time to work with us!
