Rated 3.7 for a good reason. Terrible customer service consistently, it’s astonishing. Don’t bother becoming a customer, they don’t need you as one and they make that very clear on the phone. Verbatim “ We don’t need new customers, take your business wherever you’ve been doing it” , and this was her response to “ hello do you offer emergency services for first time customers?

Great company and customer service. We called with a broken boiler, they replaced the boiler the next day and had a great experience.

John Roberts sold me a contract at $1.77 in August of 2020. Filled my tank. Heat was not turned on until November 2020. I was charged $115 when the tank was not used in November before oil was ever turned on. On January 8, 2021, I was charged a $2.39 a gallon. The bill was over $475 for less then two months of oil. I was told by John Roberts that I had a locked in rate. I am very disappointed on how this company lied and stole.
