My family and I have been going to Frederick’s accounting for years. Lisa and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things in a way you can understand. Plus, you get to see and pet her sweet dog Ailey. I have referred several people to her and they all love her too. I usually always get my taxes back in a day, or two, and they are very reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else.
Frederick’s Accounting & Tax deserves every bit of five stars. I came in after spending six exhausting hours on the phone with multiple TurboTax “experts,” only to end up with a completely unusable account. Lisa stepped in, immediately understood the situation, and laid out a clear, confident plan to fix everything. Less than 24 hours later, the issue was resolved.
